Turner Wimberly

Born and raised in Austin, Turner is a fifth-generation central Texan who has witnessed Austin grow into the vibrant market that it is today. After graduating from Westlake High School, Turner attended Vanderbilt University on a full football scholarship. Turner earned a degree from Vanderbilt in Human and Organizational Development with a focus in Organizational Leadership, which provides him with valuable insight into the process of growing and developing businesses and organizations of all kinds. Turner began his career in the commercial real estate industry by working in the Brokerage Services division of the Nashville-based commercial real estate firm Southeast Venture.

Eager to get back to his hometown of Austin in 2011, Turner brought his knowledge of commercial real estate and business development to the SkylesBayne Company, which focuses primarily on tenant representation and corporate services.

In 2013, Turner partnered with colleague and longtime friend Tony Gulla to cofound ACRE One, a full service real estate company committed to helping its clients grow and develop their businesses and real estate investments by working tirelessly to find innovative solutions to their specific real estate needs.

Austin Bartlett

Austin Bartlett joined ACRE One in 2014 after working in the commercial real estate industry for the prior three years in Houston. Excited to get back to his hometown, Austin will continue working with tenants, buyers, and sellers to accomplish their real estate requirements.

Austin grew up around the commercial real estate industry, spending his late high school and early college years working various assignments in the residential development field for The SB Group. With the SB Group, Austin was able to start an early education in real estate and develop a passion for the industry.

Austin worked in the financial industry during his final summer of college, but knew he wanted a career in real estate. After graduating from college, he moved back to Austin to work for his family, where he assisted in the oversight of single-family development projects and analyzed the market for investment opportunities.

In late 2011, Austin moved to Houston and soon took a brokerage position at Raintree Commercial. During his tenure at Raintree, Austin focused primarily on tenant representation. In the winter of 2012, Austin accepted a position at Oxford Partners in Houston, working on expansions, renewals, relocations, subleases, along with purchase and sale negotiations for office and industrial users.

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, he attended to Westlake High School prior to graduating from Texas Tech University.

Austin believes that exceptional client service is the key to providing an optimal business relationship, and he recognizes that each client project is specific. Austin represents office, industrial, and land users across Texas, with an emphasis in Houston and Austin. Included in his client list are EmLogis Inc, Barry & Sewart PLLC, Oderco Inc., GBA-Corona, Texas Community Management, LLOX LLC, and Dodson Interiors, among others.

Tony Gulla

In the summer of 2008, Tony’s first internship was at Jerry Jones’ Blue Star Land development where he assisted in managing several large developments in the Dallas Metro area. Interning at Blue Star provided Tony with insight into strategically investing in land as a long-term investment strategy and maximizing the land’s value through development. At the time, the housing crisis was beginning and Blue Star was actively looking for acquisitions.

Beginning in the fall of 2008, Tony worked for a year and a half in-between classes as a part-time loan originator for a family office in Dallas focusing on identifying and sourcing well-collateralized real estate loans in a tightening lending market. This required finding borrowers, valuing their property, and negotiating their loan terms.

In the summer of 2009 Tony took an internship at the SkylesBayne Company in Austin, which specializes in strictly representing Tenants, the most valuable asset to a commercial real estate investment in most cases. One year away from college graduation, Tony was offered a full-time position at the SkylesBayne Company. Upon his graduation from college, Tony accepted the offer and spent three years learning the tenant representation business and building his own book of business here in Austin. In 2013, Tony and his long time friend Turner Wimberly started ACRE One focusing on representing tenants and identifying value opportunities in the Texas real estate market for their clients.

Tony works with tenants, investors, and landowners ranging from large corporations to locally owned successful business ventures to rural Texas ranch owners and buyers. Tony is proud of his growing client list which operates in the office, industrial, retail, and land markets throughout the state of Texas including; The Service Group, KeyStaff, Inc., SK&P Insurance Services, Burrows Manufacturing, IPT Supply, Peabody General Contractors, Elephant Moving Company, The Traub Law Office, Big State Electric, Desarrollos Delta, and Freedom Solar among others.

Tony is a native Austinite, attending Westlake High School before graduating from Southern Methodist University.
